Welcome to our website. The public music foundation is a non-profit organization created to support and develop musical culture in society.

Mission of the Public Foundation: To preserve, develop and promote the musical heritage of Shamshi Kaldayakov in order to systematize, shape and strengthen the continuity of musical culture between generations.
Purpose of establishing the Foundation: Implementing socially significant programs to support and develop creatively gifted young people.

Concert activity

The Foundation organizes and supports concerts and musical events. This allows audiences to enjoy live performances by renowned musicians and discover new talented artists.

Support for musical talent

The Foundation actively supports the development of musical talent. We offer professional training and participation in music competitions, helping young performers unlock their potential and build a successful career.

Promotion of musical culture

The Foundation runs educational programs, lectures and master classes, helping to expand the audience and raise musical culture.

We aim not only to draw attention to music, but also to use it to help those in need, support education and develop the music industry. Each team member brings unique skills and ideas to make a meaningful contribution to our community.

Mukhtar Shamshievich Kaldayakov

Founder of the Foundation. Conductor of the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre, laureate of national competitions, Bolashak scholarship holder. Holder of the title Madaniyet salasynyn uzdigi. His repertoire includes 15 ballets and 10 operas.

Aya Zhakenovna Kaliyeva

Founder of the Foundation. Composer and musicologist. Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, Honorary Worker of Education of Kazakhstan, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, MBA. International ICF Executive Coach and Executive mentor (500+ hours of practice).

Saule Zholmukhanovna Turkpenova

Member of the Board of Trustees. Educational psychologist, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, lawyer. Teaching experience since 1990 in education and higher education of Kazakhstan. More than 20 years in human resources across different industries of Kazakhstan.

Tair Kenzhekulovich Tazhikulov

Member of the Board of Trustees. Laureate of international competitions. Leading soloist of the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre since 2013. Guest soloist of New York City Opera since 2022. Has performed more than 30 opera roles, symphonies and operettas. Has appeared in Russia, Japan, the USA, Austria, Georgia, France, Italy, Armenia and Germany.

Aida Dosayeva

Member of the Board of Trustees. Expert with more than 25 years of experience in planning and implementing strategic roadmaps in finance, telecom and IT. Rapid project delivery, concept development and competitive advantage in global industries (IT, banking, insurance and telecom) in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Experience in managing charitable projects — Director of the Eurasia Foundation. PhD in Economics, associate professor, Master's in arts and media management, Fulbright scholar.

Botagoz Toktarbekovna Kaldayakova

Executive Director of the Foundation. Producer and PR specialist with more than 25 years of experience in advertising and PR. Former top manager at an international advertising agency, branch director at a communications agency, and owner of the PR agency Melody K with successful projects.
